We are committed to creating opportunities for all young people

At Altitude Madrid we are committed to creating the same opportunities for the future for all young people.

With the new opening of Altitude Trampoline Park Madrid last November, the company chose to collaborate with the Iter Foundation to help young people between 18 and 24 years of age to train and find employment.

This foundation was set up in 2006 with the mission of promoting the social and occupational integration of young people at risk of social exclusion in the Madrid region.

Upon learning of the foundation’s mission, Altitude Trampoline Park Madrid did not hesitate to contribute to improving the employability of these young people through specific training actions. In addition, the foundation guides and accompanies these young people throughout the process of integration into the labour market, even after their students have been officially hired by the company.

The Iter Foundation’s methodology includes pre-employment and occupational training in transversal and professional skills.

For more than 15 years, this methodology has allowed them to achieve high rates of job placement, even exceeding 80%. Its Inserta programme includes, in addition to pre-employment and occupational training, work placements, employment workshops and finally job placement.

The best trampoline park in Spain also wanted to be part of this socio-labour movement that is so important for future generations. For this reason, they invested in training through work days, which were a great success in the end.

More than 20 young people joined Altitude Madrid! And all thanks to the fact that the foundation taught them the most important lesson for the park: teamwork.
